Physical and Chemical Characteristics

• Contents : 400 ml
• Base : Acrylic resin
• Colour : Transparent
• VOC-content : Approximately 91% w/w
• Solid content : Approximately 9% w/w
• Gloss : Matt 10 at an angle of 60°
• Coverage : 1,25 to 1,75 m² ²
• Dust dry : After approximately 5 minutes
• Tack free : After approximately 10 minutes
• Hardened/re-sprayable : After 1 hour
• Heat resistant : To 110°C

Usage

1. Before use, carefully read the directions on the packaging and act accordingly.
2. The surface should be clean, dry and free of grease.
3. Slightly sand the surface (grain 600).
4. The surface should be clean, dry and free of grease.
5. The aerosol should have room temperature.
6. Best processing temperature 15 to 25°C.
7. Before use, shake the aerosol for 2 minutes and spray a sample.
8. Distance to the surface to be treated approximately 25 to 30 centimetre.
9. Apply the clear varnish in several thin layers.
10. Before applying the next layer, again shake the aerosol.
11. After use, clean the valve (turn aerosol upside down and press the nozzle for approximately 5 seconds).
12. The drying time depends on the ambient temperature, the humidity of the air and the thickness of the lacquer applied.
