Whole Cloves - 16 oz

Cloves are one of the most popular spices in the world, used to aromatize a room and add flavor to a wide range of different dishes and desserts. Clove oil contains an ingredient called eugenol, which is often added to fragrance oils for "bubbling top notes". You can use our whole cloves for a potpourri or crush them to add a delicious aroma to many of your homemade creations, such as soaps, cosmetics, and lotions. Please note these cloves are whole and will need to be ground if you need a fine powder for your recipes.
